- All about Sanderstead Parish
Sanderstead Team Ministry is made up of three churches at the present time. These are All Saints’ Parish Church, Sanderstead, St. Edmund’s Church, Riddlesdown and St. Antony’s Church, Hamsey Green. The purposed new Parish includes St. Mary’s Parish Church, Sanderstead.
Policy and Procedures
Sanderstead team Ministry have a number of Policies and procedures in place which are there for the safety of all our staff and congregations. Two of these have been shown here.
Child Protection Act.
Sanderstead Team Ministry has a Child protection policy in place. A copy is available at the Parish office. All staff (paid and voluntary) who have contact with Children (under 18) will be asked to complete a CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) check before they can work with children.
Photo’s and pictures which include any child(ren) (under 18) must have the consent in writing from that child(s) parent or guardian before the picture or photo can be displayed. This includes this web site, posters, notices or any other publications.
Data Protection Act.
Information collected and kept by the Sanderstead Team Ministry is done so under the data protection act. This information is confidential and is stored securely. The team Ministry do not pass on or sell any personal information. (for information collected by this web site, please see below)

We update the pages within this web site weekly. This is mainly within the Parish, Worship and On the Web sections at the present time. If you find information you feel is incorrect, please advice us. If you have submitted information on this web site and which it to be updated, again, please advise us. Sanderstead Parish Online is NOT responsible for Group or Organisation information which is shown on this site.
E-mail Addresses
All e-mail addresses (name@sanderstead-parish.org.uk) are provided by the Parish of Sanderstead. All other e-mail addresses have been submitted by others which are not the responsibility of Sanderstead Parish. If you have a comment or query regarding one of our e-mail addresses, please contact us.
Message Boards
At present, we have two message boards within this web site. One of these is within the youth section and the other can be found “On the Web”. Both of these message boards are operated by another company. We do check the contents of each message board from time to time but if you have a comment or notice any message which contains illegal, racial, or any other contents which could be hurtful in any way, please advise us.
The Youth message board is for persons under 18 and over 13 to use. Sanderstead Parish advises all users to be vigilant and not to disclose any personal information. If any message. Sanderstead Parish online can and will register IP addresses of users who leave messages containing any illegal, racial, pornographic or any other subject which is deemed to be unfit.

Sanderstead Parish is not responsible for the contents of any external links which have been submitted to this web site. Sanderstead Parish Online will publish external links within “On the Web” section. These at present are in three sections. If we publish a link to your site, we do ask that you return one to us. Submitting Information
If you would like to submit information for this web site, we prefer it to be in either a .doc or .pub file. You can also send information via email. We do take information which is hand written but we do stress we may not add this as quickly. Please note that we do NOT publish personal contact information. If you are supplying pictures or photo’s, please read our copyright and child protection policy information on this page. Information supplied to us must include a contact details so Sanderstead Parish Online can call or write to you if required.
If you are submitting information for the first time, please contact us first for further information. Please note that we only publish information for groups, organisation and services which are based or in or around our parish. In a few cases will we submit information from outside this area. Sanderstead Parish online reserve the right to amend, delete or change the look of your information.
Advertising
If you are a nonprofit group or organisation and work in the Parish, we will publish your information free of charge on your own page. This will be in the relevant section (Parish, Youth or Community)
Business Users
We invite business to advertise on this web site in a number of ways:
Sponsor a section - this is available within the community and On the web sections. Business can sponsor a section which includes a banner at the top of each page which we will provide if required. This can either be directed to your own web site or to a page here (available at extra cost). The cost is £10 per month, per banner. A minimum of 6 months is required when booking you banner.
Have your own Page - Within the Community section, we will provide you with your own page which can be updated up to 12 times per year. For a fixed cost, you get 1 page which can include up to three pictures, (one of these should be your logo). Information and description of your business and links etc. to e-mails or other web sites.
We will also add your information to our directory listings free of charge. The cost of one page per year is £70. If you already advertise in “Cornerstone” the Parish Magazine, we will reduce this rate to £50. If you sponsor more than 10 page, we will give you a page free of charge.
Please note that Sanderstead Parish Online reserves the right to amend, delete or not publish information submitted if they feel a need to do so. If for any reason, your submitted details are not published, any money will be returned. Once information has been submitted, all payments are nonrefundable.
Using Pictures or Photo’s
Pictures or photos used on this site are protected by copyright either by Sanderstead Parish or by others. At no time may any pictures or photo’s be used for any other means other than personal education or research. They must not be published in any other form including other internet sites.
If you submit pictures or photos for Sanderstead Parish Online to publish, you must make sure that you have read the Child Protection information above if they contain any person under 18.
